Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Support business stakeholders in preparing business cases, defining expected business value, and evaluating project benefits.
- Conduct high-level feasibility assessments, identifying technical, operational, financial, and organizational considerations before project initiation.
- Perform preliminary analysis of new initiatives, including business needs, solution options, dependencies, effort estimation, and implementation approach.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate activities across business units, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively define mitigation actions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions when required.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, presentations, and executive updates.
- Support prioritization of initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives.
- Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and business readiness activities where applicable.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English
Professional Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, product delivery, or a related role.
- Experience managing technology, digital transformation, or software development projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello or similar platforms.
- Ability to prepare and evaluate business cases, feasibility studies, and high-level cost-benefit analysis.
- Ability to prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and system integration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
