We are looking for a technically strong and operationally focused professional to join the Billing Support team. The role combines production support, incident management, systems analysis, and operational coordination for Billing platforms and related services.
The ideal candidate should have solid technical troubleshooting capabilities, understand IT service management principles (ITIL), and demonstrate initiative, ownership, and strong operational discipline in a dynamic production environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure daily operational support for Billing Systems and related applications;
* Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production services and integrations;
* Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution;
* Manage and prioritize incidents according to SLA and operational impact;
* Support deployment, configuration, and integration of new services and applications;
* Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure service continuity;
* Participate in change management and production release activities;
* Create and maintain operational procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation;
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational optimization;
* Provide operational support and technical assistance within the team environment.
Competence and Education:
* University degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field;
* Good understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and production support processes;
* Understanding of ITIL principles, especially Incident and Problem Management;
* English – technical and communication level.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, Billing Support, or similar environment;
* Experience working with production systems and critical business applications;
* Good knowledge of SQL and databases;
* Experience with Linux/UNIX environments and scripting is considered an advantage;
* Experience with PL/SQL, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, Java, or shell scripting would be a plus;
* Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, and incident management tools;
* Experience in telecom or billing systems environment represents an advantage.
