Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Specialist, Expert, and Manager roles
- Define job designs and candidate profiles aligned with business needs
- Create, promote, and actively source candidates through relevant channels
- Conduct structured and effective interviews
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adaptation of new employees
- Deliver recruitment plans in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify training needs and career opportunities within assigned teams
- Support internal mobility and promotion processes
- Design and deliver training programs; collaborate with external partners
- Contribute to annual learning plans and budgets
- Provide input for workforce and succession planning
Additional Responsibilities:
Business Partnership & HR Advisory
- Support managers with guidance on HR-related topics
- Contribute to decision-making through market insights and HR data
- Ensure alignment with company goals and priorities
- Participate in improving internal processes and procedures

Personal Profile:
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree
- Experience in recruitment processes
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
- Creative and open-minded approach to work
- Agile, dynamic, multitasking
